I have heard that to be a rostered coach on a challenge team or higher, you must at least have a "D" license. I have also heard that only the Head Coach has to be license. Does anyone know if either of these are true and if so, which one?

SCYSA has requirements: http://www.scysa.org/site_coaches-requirements.shtml

I don't know how strictly they are enforced or if US Club, USSF, or US Youth Soccer have any requirements.
