Here's a UVA update if anyone is interested. GO 'HOOS!

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. - The University of Virginia men's soccer team defeated the Liberty Flames by the score of 3-1 in a scrimmage this afternoon at Perry Field. The contest is one of five scrimmages UVa has scheduled on its spring schedule.

The Cavaliers received its offense output from three different players after Jonathan Cole (Annapolis, Md./McDonogh), Alecko Eskandarian (Montvale, N.J./Bergen Catholic) and Matt Oliver (Waldorf, Md./Dematha Catholic) each scored a goal. Virginia's goalkeeping duo of David Comfort (Richmond, Va./Monacan) and Brett Mayer-Aschhoff (Charlottesville, Va./Albemarle) gathered three and two saves, respectively. The Cavaliers outshot the Flames 12-5 in the contest.

With the victory, Virginia's spring scrimmage record improves to 1-0-1 overall. UVa finished in a 2-2 tie with the MLS squad D.C. United in its first scrimmage of the season on February 16th. The Cavaliers will return to home action on Saturday, March 23rd when Virginia hosts the Hampton Roads Mariners (A-League) in a scrimmage. The contest is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. and will be played at Klöckner Stadium.
