so after the first 56 matches, has anyone else got an opinion on the refs? Mine is they suck...Colina (the bald italian guy) is the only one who does a good job most of the time...in the past two days ive already seen two legit goals called back for no reason, and a crap red to Totti, and lets not forget that scum Rivaldo...

your opinions?

refs are part of the game. there is nothing new about them. they've been part of the game for forever. the good ones (though rarely recognized) and the bad ones. Good teams will play above bad refs. i hate it when people make excuses for the team because of refs.

i dont want to make excuses for other teams losin and stuff like that but i have seen a few ref that make horrible calls. i dont know how they got to get the job.

the thing is though when a team has at least 4 good goals called back during the tournament (yes, im reffering to Italy) you have to wonder if there is not some referee bias existent...the only upside is that now Colina can ref every other game of the world cup...
