Hey Shearer, I cannot believe you have not been quick to post your public thanks and appreciation to "The Hammer" for Di Canios goal that has apparantly sent you guys through to the Champions League next season.Good luck to the Magpies. My team plays FC Porto in UEFA Cup final on the 21st. I think we are in trouble.

soooo mr. pelton a celtic fan i see? well how can you say we are in trouble with the likes of henrik larsson?? he is always a scoring threat although i have to say that in the semifinals vs. boavista there was a dry spell with goals....hopefully that will all change in the finals.

Yes Celtic Fan,I also am a big fan and have 3 nice strips. As you know,Porto is very strong and were in our Champions League group in 2001.They crushed us in Portugal 3-0 I think. After the game I remember John Hartson saying somethig to the effect"They toyed with us tonight" I just hope more is learned from than thought of regarding that encounter.
On the Scottish domestic front, perhaps Rangers will slip up at Dundee today and the SPL race becomes very interesting.

AP - Porto will dance to the title against Celtic. No chance for O'Neill's side. Hartson and Larsson will be blanked.

Hammer-You may very well be right but we seem to be doing well away from Parkhead in the past few rounds with quality wins at Blackburn and Liverpool and this is almost a home game for Porto. They are a quality side and will be very tough to beat--I am hoping for an upset--but at least we are where we are and not fighting off relegation--Nice goal yesterday,Shearer and Sir Bobby are ohh so grateful.
