I have watched a lot of the SoCon games this fall - a lot of SC Club and High School girls end up in this league - and it is very even within the top 6 teams. If College of Charleston can put 3 games together like they did today (beating UT Chattanooga 5-0), they have as good a chance as anybody.

swimmer,

Are the brackets out? Can Furman and CofC meet in the final? I'd pay to see that one.

Truly, this is a wide open tournament. I like Furman's chances though.

Saw championship yesterday. It was a great soccer game. Both teams played hard. Western Carolina played with heart for the full 90 minutes and took it to Furman. Congrates to WCU and great coaching this year by DeCesare.

I will admit to being very surprised that Western won. I saw them early in the eyar and they were not playing as well as they did at thechampionship. You have to commend the players and coaches. however, the head coach is a bit of a yeller and pretty hard on the players on the filed. I guess it worked.

Still pulling for my favorite team - CofC was only team to taker Werstern to overtime during the tournament.
