I don't know how old you are, where you from, who you are, and believe me I DONT WANT TO KNOW!!

Im not saying you don't know anything about soccer or something like that. If you post in this forum is bc you know about soccer. But maybe you didn't get my statement:

"A #10 does not have to wear the number to be a #10. You do not become a #10...you are born a #10. Some #10's don't wear #10 bc everyone knows they are the #10"

--look all Im trying to say that #10's are the Geniuses of Soccer. They make the game...in other words like we say it in Espaņol(spanish) "un Crack". It is said like this bc he literaly cracks the defense system of the other team. Players like these are the ones that make the fans get up off their seats and cheer that beautiful move/play (i.e. Ronaldinho, Zidane, Figo, Okocha, Kanu, Maradona, Pele, Cruyf, Platini, Di Stefano, Sir Bobby Charlton, Valderrama, Blanco, and Zinha.)

FootballerTR - basically what you are trying to say is that a #10 is the playmaker of each team, if that is what you mean than i agree. However a #10 is not someone who manages to score goals or does fancy tricks. For Liverpool, Michael Owen is a legend, it was very unfortunate that he was boo'd as he played for Newcastle againts Liverpool at Anfield but hey, life must go on. Let me take back my original statement and say that Michael Owen will be the one and only #10 of Liverpool because it's just something different about Liverpool without him there. Steven Gerrard is an awesome player and I am glad he committed his future to Liverpool. Without him right now I seriously think Liverpool would be a joke.

As for San Pablo being better than Liverpool, that's a no no. Sorry but i strongly disagree. Liverpool had how many goals called back in that game, one of which was totally legal. Teams perform great at different times, you have to think of some of the reasons why Liverpool may not have won that game. The fact that Benitez's father passed away could have been a factor. Benitez didn't even leave to go to his father's funeral and that is how dedicated he is to the team. Remorse will always affect players ability to perform. Not to downplay San Pablo, but I don't believe they are a better club than Liverpool. Just because Lutton (i think ) scored 3 goals on Liverpool in that Liverpool 5-3 win, doesn't make them a good team.

When San Plabo won the Copa Libertodes (thats why they played Liverpool) they were a heck of a team, back then they were able to play Milan, Chelsee, or Madrid. They are not even half of what they were back then.

I think I was very specific in my sentence, Liverpool as a team was better. Gerard, Morientes, and Luis Garcia pushed really hard. San Pablo was better, they just had the confidence to do it. The individual skills of the Brazilians is amazing, in a good game they can beat anybody in Europe, so does Boca or River. The thing is that most of these teams have to give up all their good players every year because they leave to Europe.

Later dude, peace.
