Ching has not done much for me, the only reason i would take wolff over him is because wolff has alot more experience. I have not seen Ching produce much either. I agree that Bruce will take Wolff over Ching, but Chings chances in the future are much better than those of the other fowards who wont make the cut.

Also any word on what Adu is doing this World cup?
Ghana?

Arena seems to like Donavan as a forward when he has the full squad. This allows Reyna to play as attacking midfield. As the team matures (read Reyna gets older) he may drop Donavan into that spot. He has played 5 at midfield bringing Donavan back there then. Mcbride sits up at top alone when he does that. I'd take Wolff over Ching because of the experience and the hustle. He made things happen in '02. (Also I watched him play at South Carolina) Dempsey and Quaranta are midfielders and may be going - depends on how the European players look. So, I'd take McBride, Donavan, Twellman, Wolff, and Johnson.

Adu has had his 15 minutes of fame (yellow card) at the National Team level until after this WC. And he's locked into the US squad - can't play for Ghana.

My humble opinion.

I cant see Quaranta making this team at all, not that he is not good just there is too much other talent. Also now the Brad Guzan from USC has gotten some international experience does he have a future down the road playing for the US National team, how long is Keller gonna be around? maybe Guzan could be the man in 2010?

I think the kits kind of look like throwbacks, not that big of a fan of them. Personally i liked the old ones. Hopefully 2010 will be a good Cup but you cant predict that far ahead...there is enough to predict in this year.

Overall I feel really good about the team this year and the direction that the team is going. I also am a big fan of Bruce Arena, I think he has done a great job.
