Former Presbyterian College player and Greenville High School boys soccer coach Warren Turner has been named the men's soccer coach at Erskine College in Due West.
Turner, a native of Winter Park, Florida, led the Red Raiders to Class 3A State Championships in 2002 vs. Brookland-Cayce and 2004 vs. Myrtle Beach during his three-year stint at GHS. He takes over for the departed Ben Freakley, who accepted the head men's soccer coaching position at Virginia Military Institute last month.
