If kids are lodged and fed there, in addition to a little basic education (which foreign clubs do have)in a specific vocational trade, then big salaries aren't needed at young ages.

If you make it, then you'll be set. If you don't, then into society you go. That's the system that the world follows so why do we think, in soccer, we can have a new answer.
