Congrats Coach H.!!
Great coaching and a total class act; winning or losing! No whining at all from BC.
Coach Heise recognized the best team on the field won the game with his previous comments. He and his players did not pull an Irmo act and refuse to recognize the victor in their match. The Coach has taught his players how to play soccer and also how to act as good sports. Knowing how to accept winning and losing in sports is the most important life lesson that athletes can learn during their high school years. A proper and respectful attitude is more important than homeruns, a slam dunk, a great football catch or even a hat trick! The BC staff did not have the powerful team they had in last year's final game, but still they made it all the way to the finals again this year. A magnificent coaching effort to get them back to the finals again this year!!

Kevin, you and your team have nothing to apoligize for. You represented the lower state with dignity and class. So what if your team had an off day. That happens to everyone. What's most important is that you're handeling the situation in an exemplary manner. Congraulations to you and your team.
