Why is it that "best player" comments only have to do with offensive players?
What about the defence who makes their own offensive look so good? My question is - who are the best defensive players in the state? And - who is the best as a team?

you know, its hard to measure how the caliber of a defensive player. you have to have other decent defenders with you for support. of course to measure the caliber of a goalie is easy, shutouts, goals allowed,pk's stopped.etc. that is why i think its easier for people to jump the gun when choosing offensive players as the best

I'd have to agree with Swansea...it is much easier to select an offensive player as "the best".

this is just a wild guess, but you don't happen to go to chapin do you? No offense intended but I don't believe David Stone started on his club team. What makes you believe he is the best midfielder in the state?

Stone is good with both feet he is not afraid to take shots from distance. Stone will make an impact in region play.
