Who is going to finish second?

Since I am famous for absurd comments - Northwestern will finish 2nd. Flora will win it all.

Is there not a championship game?

I think the Championship game is on Sunday Feb. 18, but do not hold me to that, but every year for this tournament i think has been on Sunday.

The Championship Match is Sunday at Irmo HS.

Since the lake murray challenge is coming up soon, and should be an accurate preview to the season, what teams do you think will come out on top of each bracket?
I'd have to go with A:(MB or Chapin) B:(DF or NW) C:(Irmo)
Then i'd like to go with Dutch Fork winning the championship (due to the absence of Norman North)..but Chapin could def. be a potential sleeper in a tourney with alot of 4A teams.

For the group winner's I would have to go with Chapin, NW, and Irmo and probably Dutch Fork as the Wild Card. Setting up a semifinal matchup of DF vs Irmo and NW vs Chapin. I would say the final will be DF vs NW with NW coming out on top. Any other thoughts/predicitions?

Does anyone know what the point system is for determining the wildcard? Also, what are the tie breaking procedures in case of a tie at the end of regulation?

I believe the point system is normal maximun 10 point. I also believe IF there is a tiebreaker before the finals, then PK's will be used.

No overtimes or PK in regular games.

If there is no overtime in regular games then how are the Saturday morning games determined? The tournament is set up for the winners to play one another. There has to be some way to determine a winner as the schedule is drawn out.

Points System: 3 points for win
1 point for every goal up to 3
1 point for a shutout
1 for a shootout loss

Least goals allowed
Most goals scored
