Who will be sitting on top of scisa at the end of this year?

from what i have heard Pinewood will come from the lower and CN from the upper. Between those two teams Pinewood has the experance with lots of upperclassmen while CN is a very young team made up of mainly sophmores, 1 or 2 juniors and very little seniors, these two teams should make for an exciting final if it comes down to it.

Upper90,

First day of practice and already looking at the end. It's a long time to then, but right now, I would put Pinewood on top. Pinewood and CN met in the playoffs last year, 5-0.

Pinewood lost 1 starter to graduation. Of course the roster isn't set, but all of the returning starters played club in the fall, with most in the RIII or Challenge league.

From what others have said, PG is supposed to be strong. I wouldn't be too surprised to see an all lower state championship. However, I have to admit I would like to see a PP-CN matchup in the championship.

Until somebody beats Pinewood then they are Heavy Favorites. The battle looks to be for #2, though with the addition of a player or 2 for CN,Hammond,PG, they could give Pinewood a run for it..I look for Heathwood to be better and Ben Lippen will always have a good team ..My Wilson Hall boys will be better than you think if they can find some scoring punch and replace their goalie.

i have no doubt that pinewood is a strong team, and they will have porter gaud chasing them all year, but as for cn i think they will have a cake-walk past hammond and the rest of the upperstate

You guys are crazy, Pwood is going to destroy everyone in scisa, they did it last year with all juniors, now they are all seniors. Nobody in scisa stands a chance.

Comet is right. PG is looking very strong with a new coach this season. They have been practicing very hard and can't wait for the season to start only losing about 5 seniors, their top scorer is coming back as well as their key defender and also their goalie. they have a lot of juniors as well as seniors and are still anticipating the basketball players coming in also. Anyone doubting them will have a run for their money.
