How was Adrian Pinasco selected Coach of the Year? Seems to me it would be either the coach at Pinewood Prep or Cardinal Newman. Where do any of these private school players play club? I know some of the PP guys, but the rest are just names.

I admit I haven't kept us with SCISA soccer as closely as I have in the past, however the omission of Jonathan Zurcher from HH does jump out at me.

Adrian Pinasco?? His team didn't win region. Sounds like a "home job" to me.

You guys are kidding, right? The best coaching job is not always done by the coach of the region champion, even though a case could certainly be made for Coach Eudy of CN as coach of the year. His peers recognized Coach pinasco as doing the best job of coaching with the talent available.

I'm with BDad. No Jonathan Zurcher? I know he had to play out of position to help a less than amazing HH team, but still, that kid is quality. Adrian Pinasco is an amazing coach any kid who has played under him can attest to that. Only coach I've ever played for whose passion for the game and winning sometimes surpasses even his own players.

Sounds like a good coach. Anyone who is willing to put his name on the line standing up for a coach has my respect coaching is the hardest job besides being a parent. I am sure these guys did their job well so Congrads
