At 3:34 Wando had 12 players on field playing. It quickly went downhill from there. Lexington deserved better from the ref.

Woodruff made a great showing at state. We warned the team not to give BE set plays; in the first half BE got 2 back-to-back corners, with the second one resulting in a short cross and toe-poke goal.

WHS is only a 9-yr program competing with a private school and we showed that Woodruff is as good a soccer team as any in the state, I feel.

Never easy to lose—but we were more than competitive.

I heard a 2-0 lead for Eastside, but nothing final. . .

So did the LAdy Wildcats lose?
