2008 Norcross Blue Devil Invitational On behalf of the Norcross High School Soccer Booster Club, I would like to cordially invite your team to play in the 2008 inaugural Norcross Blue Devil Invitational hosted by Norcross High School. The tournament will be held February 15-16, 2008, at Norcross Blue Devils Stadium and Pinckneyville Park in Norcross, Georgia. Each team will be guaranteed 3 matches of two 40-minute halves with ties to be decided by playing two 5 minute overtime periods and penalty kicks if needed. This is a competitive tournament and teams will place from 1st to 8th place (see schedule below). Our goal for this preseason tournament is to match some of the best teams from the southeast against each other. We already have a commitment from traditional national powerhouse, Norman North (OK). This is a GHSA sanctioned event. The tournament entry fee is $200 per team unless both boys and girls varsity teams attend in which case the fee is $300 for both teams.
