No, I have the second best job, the best is at the orphanage, no parents". I could not agree more with this or anything else in the speech. He is spot on with his comments and they relate equally well from hockey to soccer. Hey, it's not rocket surgery!

He stressed SKILL development�time in practice to work on skills (asking players to practice properly) and players learning ON THEIR OWN and BY CHOICE. The ref comments interesting as well. . .
