RE: 2008 Irmo Pre-Season Junior Varsity Soccer Tournament (Boys & Girls)

On February 29th & March 1st, 2008 Irmo High School is sponsoring a Pre-Season Boy’s & Girl’s Junior Varsity Soccer Tournament. This event is sanctioned by the South Carolina High School League. Each team will be guaranteed three (3) games. The entry fee of $175 is payable upon receipt of your entry. If you would like to participate, please complete the bottom portion of this letter and mail it to the Irmo High School Athletic Office with the entry fee of $175 ASAP. The tournament will include a YELLOW and BLACK Division. (YELLOW being a more competitive division). Seeding and game times will be emailed to you in February. I'm pretty sure the AD completed the application and sent in the registration fee.

How can I find out if Fort Mill was accepted to both Irmo Girls JV tournaments?

Easiest thing would probably be to simply email Dennis Cook and ask him. He is who we send/receive all our correspondence from regarding the JV tournaments.

When will the brackets be posted?

When will the list of accepted teams be posted.....and where? I checked columbiaunitedfc.com and it has last year's info.

How do we know if we are in?

The last I heard they were still adding teams to the tourney. I'm sure when they close out registration they will post the brackets/schedules. If I get them I'll post them myself here at scsoccer.com.

Need a girl's schedule ASAP.

Have a conflict on Feb 29. Need to know when we are playing.

Does anyone know any teams that are definitely going to be playing in the tournament?

I'll jump in and say that the JV Lady Bengals will be there for both the Pre and Post season tournaments.

Just heard from Dennis via email, should be posted bu midweek.
