This seemed a little skewed to me, so I looked up how the rankings were achieved and while I don't pretend to understand the fine points, it appears that if you took the premier league and moved it to the US, Mexico, or Canada (ie. CONCACAF) they would still be ranked about last. This is because you get 14 points for a win in the UEFA Champions League (the highest) and only 9 points for a win in the CONCACAF Cup (the lowest). Since a CONCACAF team can't play in UEFA, there's no possible way for them to gain ground. Notice that the top 3 are UEFA countries.

Just my 2 cents.

It is odd data, how do you use it? Just a debating point?
I can't imagine players/agents in the transfer window awaiting this news to make the decision on making a league jump.
So I will bite I don't see the SPL under the Turkcell. I think Hearts or Gretna can beat Kasimpasa or Ankaraspor.
