If the Bridge FA does not have an alliance partner..will they have to offer all levels of soccer?

BFA announced yesterday that CESA was awarded the SSC club mgt contract.

BFA also announced they will continue to field competitive soccer teams. They are finalizing plans for field usage agreements. Will continue to offer US Dev Academy teams for U16 &18 boys. Will offer premier & challenge level U13-U18. Exploring adding additional programs for boys & girls.

Tryouts dates will be posted next week.

And what is a "club management contract?"

Second question: so "Bridge" is no longer an alliance program but an independent and competitive soccer program that competes for players with SSC?
