To clear up some misinformation that has been posted on this board about Alex and his situation I will offer this. 1) Alex did get a double yellow at the Lake Murray Challenge. By the SCHSL ruling on the recommendation of the SCHSSCA a Technical Red (Two yellows) calls for a "Warning". The Coach and Athletic Administration at NHS sat Alex for 1 game. 2) Alex's Red in the game vs Rock Hill was ruled by the HSL to be a 1 game suspension based on the report from the match official. He sat out the Lancaster game tonight. The coach and Athletic Administration have added some additional consequences to that ruling by the HSL. 3) Alex's suspension has been served for the league's suspension. By there ruling he is elgible to play at anytime now. However, I will not disclose the rest of the punishment as that is between the player, coach, and Administration of the school.
