That kind of yelling is different than the demeaning/bickering yell's that does nothing for the player. Some players understand to pick it up, when yelled at, because they know that they can play better! Also it's not a constant during the whole game yell, just at selected points of the game, when the player is not playing at the max they can play, and need additional direction. But the best coach is one that coaches during practice/half time, and watches their player play in the game...which I know you precisely execute.
