How does Wando only drop one spot after a loss to a AA team? Lexington should drop to 4 or 5.
Top 5 AAAA:
1. Dorman 2. TL Hanna 3. Fort Mill 4. Lexington 5. Wando

If TL Hanna can win the Brookland Cayce tournament this weekend, they could be #1 in the state (this would mean huge wins over BC and Riverside, however). Mauldin and Ft. Mill should jump a few spots, Summerville should crack the rankings, and I imagine a few Region IV teams may drop a bit due to them being on Spring Break and not playing
1.) TL Hanna 2.) Dorman 3.) Wando 4.) Lexington 5.) Ft. Mill 6.) Spring Valley 7.) Mauldin 8.) Byrnes 9.) South Aiken 10.)Dutch Fork 11.)Spartanburg 12.)Summerville 13.)Irmo 14.)North Augusta 15.)Nation Ford

Ryan:
Dorman should not loose #1 spot with no loss.
If TLH wins the B/C Tourney, they should be awarded the AA & AAA State Titles. Wins over Bishop England, Eastside & Riverside.
Strong Huh!!!!

There is no way that TL Hanna can play BC and RHS as they play the winner of Christ Church/Swansea. BC and RHS would meet in the semis with Hanna playing the winner of that match in the finals. Interesting how a #5 team would jump to #1 by not beating any 4A teams or any of the four teams above them?

(1) Subtle?. . .thanks for noticing. . . (2) "lose," not "loose"—which when paired with "a screw" fits most of those posting here. . . (3) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shibui

South Aiken could slip in there at #1. They are heating up.

I agree with the Summerville jump and JI drop. Summerville is back on track and deserves the love.

I appreciate the love Ryan, but I think Dorman will probably be #1 with Wando, Lexington, and Byrnes lined up between Dorman and us. You are right that beating Riverside would be huge for us since we have never done it. But right now I am concentrating on Academic Magnet tonight.

I'll move South Aiken down behind Dorwanlexhan Valley as consensus #1.

TLH has an easier walk to the finals and should be rested and ready to go. They defeated their toughest rival this week to essentially clinch their 3rd straight (and 3rd ever!) Region Title. Congrats to Craig and the girls and good luck in Columbia!

Looking at next schedule for Mauldin I would leave them in the same spot or maybe up one or two. Next week: Tuesday 4/15 - at Riverside 6pm Wednesday 4/16 - Dorman 7:30 (makeup from a rain out) Thursday 4/17 - Gaffney Three games in a row. Could be chance for Gaffney to steal a game from Mauldin....

I think Mauldin is a top 5 team easy. I just would wait one more week before I put them there. Czar and the ladies are a handful for any team out there.

Not a thing. When they moved out of Region 1 in the early 2000's I stopped following them as closely. I don't think it's affected them too much

The only movement in the top 5 will be Dorman and Lexington trading 2& 3.

To prove the losses to AAA Dreher and lower ranked Spartanburg were the exception, not the wins over Byrnes and Eastside.

Victories over Hanna, Eastside and Byrnes prove the Dreher loss was a fluke. Spartanburg is solid; they proved that again last night.

I could say Hanna is untested, Eastside is off, and Byrnes also lost to Spartanburg which beat your Mavericks. Instead, I'll go the "After next week we'll know a litle more." route. I hope you're right as Kevin is someone I'd cheer on in playoffs as long as he's not playing CJ.

Welcome Summerville back to the top 15
Bynres were the big droppers (-7) this week after going from 4th to 11th.
Mauldin made the biggest move up (+5) from 13th to 8th.
