I've said it before and will say it again -- soccer (football) is the "beautiful game", but the cruelest of sports when it comes down to "Russian Roulette", which is penalty kicks.
This is the fourth-straight year that England's Barclays Premier League has had a Finalist as Liverpool lost 2-1 to AC Milan last year in Greece. Arsenal lost 2-1 in 2006 to FC Barcelona in France. Liverpool defeated AC Milan 4-3 on penalty kicks at the 2005 Championship in Turkey.
