Here's an article that explains the MLS allocation process. San Jose would have been first but they've already used their allocation. Toronto is next on the list, so, maybe there. Of course, when it comes to rules....MLS is always changing them so if Brian doesn't want to play in Toronto, I'm betting he won't.
