Make it mandatory to give what accolades warrant the player making the team for the week. Kind of like the Lexington kids - Ryan Freiburger scoring 2 goals and keeper Michael Lee making 12 saves against THE Irmo - pretty impressive. The whole thing kind of reminds me of when I was a kid playing baseball and the coaches from all the teams would each pick 2 or 3 pitchers for the all star team. Then all of a sudden they would realize nobody picked a catcher and they would wonder why one of their pitchers didn't make a very good catcher.
