Well fought game by both teams. Woodruff seemed to have a slight edge the whole game, but couldn't finish the ball. Palmetto scored with a little over a minute to play in regulation.
Very poor job by the officials. They seemed to miss more then normal tonight, even for a 2 ref system.
I hope someone can answer my question on this situation: Player throws the ball in when it gets touched by only the keeper and then goes into the goal. Is that a goal?
From my understanding it doesn't matter who touches the ball as long as someone does. The refs said that it must be touched by the team that threw the ball in to be a goal.
