To me, it appears that both players for Irmo are in an offside position. Keeping in mind that US soccer and Highschool soccer interpret the offside rules slightly differently, they should have been penalized for being in an offside position because the requirement for interfereing with play or an opponent are much less defined in the Highschool rules. In US soccer, they may not have been considered offside. 16 Clearly ducks from the path of the ball and if that interfered with the goalkeeper seeing the flight path of the ball they would be offside in US soccer rules as well.
