Wando didn't choke. Simply stated, they were overrated all season long by people who neither saw their games nor knew their team. I include the person/people responsible for the asinine "national rankings" that so many (including dopey H.S. kids and their parents) foolishly believe. In the end, they lacked consistent goal-scoring, but soldiered on until the inevitable happened. In retrospect, you can trace SOME of this to last year's shortfall. History didn't EXACTLY repeat itself, but last year certainly set the stage for last night's result.
