No disrespect to Coach Weaver, but this is laughable.
On the boys side, Shilo Tisdale is stocked with talent and he uses that talent to go undefeated and win the state title. He is selected region coach of the year.
Shannon Champ returned 3 varsity players. She had 17 new players, with most of them being freshman and sophomores. She wins the region, upsets the defending State Champ on their field for Lower State and takes JL Mann to PKs. Here best coaching year should have been acknowledged.
