Agree, just uniform changing colors is all, not player growth. BUT scheduling with the town isn't as easy or direct as prorated allocation by player/team count at a granular level, so more demand, from different parties, will for certain add complexity in scheduling at field level. I think the author of the document is being a tad optimistic with predictions of evenings available, etc. I have no idea what we might get in the fall.

I'm just confused, looks like a (for profit) LLC operating under (affiliating with) a (non-profit) 501 c3? And I thought I was confused with Surfs' organization structure.

And how is this not an umbrella club situation (for soccer registration) which is prohibited and/or discouraged by sanctioning bodies. I imagine these players and staff will be registered with JIYSC for leagues, uniforms, etc. and if they do, will need to wear JIYSC badge, so why create a new club and not just join JI?

Guess we'll find out. Not against more options personally so wish all well.
