I know this is my second season out of coaching, but fill me in, aren't scrimmages about learning what combinations of players work well together, what weaknessess may be exposed. I understand all coaches have different agendas when it comes to scrimmages, I (not saying I know all) looked as scrimmages to prepare for the regular season. I will most likely not go down in the annuals of "great coaches" but I felt we held our own when it came to the regular season. As faras "waxing, lucky, killed, dominated" all good terms, but each program each coach has what plan they may use in preparing for the season, I guess if I look back, we lost a lot more scrimmage then we "won", but to me it was developing a team for the season.
I like everyone else am very intrested in how things are progressing, but it what is done in May not Febuary that will be remembered.
Just a thought
