The Concorde website has two different locations for results. This one:
http://www.soccerscheduler.com/directors/resultsgraphicalclean.asp?eventid=424&groupid= appears to show the results (and has the Silverbacks in first place and the Bridge Red in 2nd) but is actually the (incorrect) placement PRIOR to the championship game.
This page:
http://www.soccerscheduler.com/content/events/cache/results_424_0_cache.htm shows the Bridge FA team beating the Concorde team 2-0 in the Championship game.
