As for Maradona, hey if the refs didn't see the hand, it's all legal, that is why we have officiating for this, you have to realize that refs can't rewind and make decisions off of replays. I have personally scored a goal with my arm in a game, they crossed the ball in i couldn't get to it, so i leaned in and made it look like i knee'd or chested the ball in, the opposition players argued, i just acted like it was any other regular goal, and i got it, whatever works you can do in soccer.
