Dutch Fork High School will be hosting a soccer jamboree.
The Silver Foxes will host The 2003 High School Soccer Jamboree on Saturday Feb. 22nd at the brand new Silver Fox Stadium. This will be the first major soccer event of the 2003 season and will involve both girls and boys teams from around the midlands. According to High School League rules, a jamboree DOES NOT COUNT AS A SCRIMMAGE. Therefore any team may participate and still compete in 4 scrimmages. Teams are allowed to play 40 minutes (half of a game) in scrimmages. This will be a great chance for teams to get over first game nerves and for coaches to scout. There will be a very small entry fee ($50). Official entry forms will be mailed to midlands school in September. In the meantime interested coaches are asked to leave that date open.
