If Camden and Lugoff have identical records - Lugoff wins by goal differential. Also, Lugoff is yet to play Dreher at all and they also get Flora at home, only needing to win by two to move ahead on goal differential. Disclaimer: Not exactly sure what the regions policy is on tie-breakers, but I know the first tie-break is overall conference record then aggregate goals. Beyond that..I can't say for sure.
