Dudes.. Let's stop the "flame wars". I think Tut's remark was in response to someone else's reference to the kids being rot. That type of attitude is contrary to the mission of "helping to grow the sport of youth soccer" which is part of what this board is about.

It's easy to win & look good when your team is stacked. The real qualities of a coach show up when that is not the case. Last season at Byrnes is the worst I can remember in the history of the school's mens soccer program. This season they have more players from the challenge level than ever before. Assuming that is what is necessary (as so many on this board suggest) then this year should be much better.
