North makes it in as a 10 seed with an 0-8 record having scored 12 goals and giving up 46. Wow

Well with 1a and 2a soccer, since all regions don't have enough teams to use the playoff format based on region standings, then all you have to do is submit an application for seeding, and as you can see a lot of teams have a bye, so since they applied, they get a seeding, which is technically the lowest seed in lower state 1A

All top seeds advance throughout. I just don't see any upsets, except for maybe Hilda over Bamberg in the third roundfor lower state, and that's not much of an upset as Blackville's beat them once before this year
