What will be the finishing order for teams in each region?
Obviously, this would be a pre-season guess. Who will make the playoffs for each region???

While we're at it, what will the weather be at the boys' state finals on May 22? I'm betting on partly cloudy with light breeze and a high of 86.

Easy Chass, just curious as to how everyone thinks their regions will finish. Not much different than a pre-season top 10, all speculation.

Just having a chuckle, Cid...preseason predictions about season finishes are like predicting the weather; you can take a guess based on past patterns, but way too many variables for accuracy.
I still stand by my prediction...any takers?
(I'm ready for this thing to get started too!)

I'll be really interested to watch NW this year. They were an absolutely wonderful team to watch, even when they were wiping out my son's team. They played the beautiful game.
But can they hang in there at or near that level without Enzo, Robbie, Shawn, etc.?
I think Fort Mill will be a lot better. Lost a couple of core, key kids. But they are loaded with talented 10th-11th graders. Wouldn't shock me to see Fort Mill steal one from NW this year.

NHS will still be great but they will need better team play as opposed to individual play in my opinion. I think missing Benson in the back will be their biggest loss. Alex and Garbonzo will pick up where Enzo left off in the attack but I do believe they will give up more goals this year.

All of Northwesterns seniors put in alot of time to the program therefore i would say all of them were a big loss not just benson. It may take a few games to get a chemistry going with the new starters but after that they should be fine, i am definatly prepared for much closer games this year though.
