The winners of SCACA COY are usually announced in mid/late June and then recognized at the SCACA Clinic in July.

No. They are simply sent to SCACA (Shell Dula) and his committee choses. Generally we supply 3-5 names from both boys and girls soccer. Coaches must be SCACA/SCHSSCA members for consideration.
