Haven't been able to get a "clear" answer from anyone on this matter... hoping the scsoccer family can help me out.

1) For SCSCL State Cup, are the ECNL teams able to drop down and compete (as the R3PL teams do)?

AND/OR

2) Are players rostered with ECNL able to be rostered and compete with a team playing in SCSCL State Cup?

Not trying to open up a huge discussion... just looking for a yes/no answer.

1) no us club team
2) yes ecnl players are most likely dual roster
(For a number if reasons including the prevention of recruiting)
3).... Should have asked how many will move to state cup team, as I believe this is what most clubs are watching.

What is a "club pass" and how might it factor in?
