Congratulations to all of the teams who won over the last two days. I would especially like to congratulate Eastside's coach Bill Martin. In his first year as a high school coach he guided the Eagles to an undefeated season and a State Championship. I would have to check but I would be willing to bet that no other coach in his first year at the helm has accomplished this double feat.

I believe Ed Joyce's 2007 Greenville team went 27-0 en route to a AAA State Championship and a #1 national ranking in his first season.

I stand corrected, I forgot about Ed since he only coached one year while he was finishing up college.

Still waiting on the final NSCAA National poll in which Eastside was ranked #3 Nationally on May 20, 2014 prior to Upper State and State.
