Coaches, would love to get your opinion on the following proposal for changes to SCHSL:

1) Allow (Non Playoff) Games to End in a Tie
- Every league in the world follows the W-L-T points system and there is rarely an issue with determining the winner
- With the usage of RPI for playoff seeding, being assigned a "win" or "loss" for a PK result skews the standings.

2) Statewide Soccer Region Tiebreaker System (With the Proposed W-L-T)
- Highest Points (Win - 3, Loss - 0, Tie - 1)
- If tied on points... Head-to-Head results among tied teams
- If tied on Head-to-Head... Goal differential from Head-to-Head results
- If tied on GD from Head-to-Head... Goal differential in all region games (max of +3 to eliminate running scores up on lesser opponents)
- If tied on GD from all region games... Fewest goals against in all region games
- If tied on fewest goals against... Coin flip (as I think that is still more fair than using RPI since it can be greatly skewed based on who you schedule outside of region).
