Due to a fairly weak defense, Irmo's offense will have to outscore their opponents. And in order to do that their offensive players have to be focused on teamwork and have their heads into every game. That is too much to ask of that offense.

From the lower state, it will be a wide-open field as to who will advance to the championship but whoever it is will win. I think that any team from Spring Valley, Dutch Fork, Wando, but also don't count out teams like Hilton Head, Irmo(coach savitz always has his boys ready in april and may) and even james island. As for the upper state, it seems to be a 2 man race right now, Northwestern and Lexington but I do think that Northwestern will meet Dutch Fork in the finals.

I think once region games get underway everyone will have a better understanding of who is foreal, and whos just pretending

I say white knoll high school has a strong chance at the title... they're having a slow start but will muscle their way in somehow

I wouldn't count South Aiken or Fort Mill out of the race for upperstate. After having played Northwestern Fort Mill and South Aiken, Northwestern is the best team, however, all three of those teams will battle it out along with Lexington and Mauldin

be on the lookout for wando. no one has said anything about them this year, but they are a very solid squad. most of you will be suprised later in the season. Wando and Dutch Fork in lower state

I think Wando would have a really good chance if their players quit playing soft.

Summerville is the best team by far in the state

summerville isn't ranked though, and a very tough next two weeks btw is ahead for them
