sccoach kick off S Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 31 SC	The tie-breaker awarded RH the #4 seed. RH beat Lancaster twice, Lancaster beat York twice (in region play), and York beat RH twice. Hence the tie for 4th. Tie-breaker was based on a point system.
