Previously, after a score was reported on this board, the excuse from the losing team was.. "oh, we didnt have so and so, our all star midfielder, because of basketball."
with basketball season coming to a close and all the returning bball players (and perhaps some new talent trying out) on the soccer team now, how much does this really change the team as a whole? do most schools have many girls who play both sports? and are these girls considered some of the top talent on the soccer team? or is "basketball" used as just some shabby excuse as to why that scrimmage last night didnt go in our favor.
