Kind of.... because of the sheer numbers in Ga they subdivide the classic level into 7 divisions.
example youth level Ga As with NC, they have promotion and relegation.
Of course they have premier level which is basically R3PL or teams in classic I
NC has 6 groups, 1 premier, 2 1st div regional and 3 2nd division regional. Thiis of course dependent on numbers. See link and then bottom right for different age groups.
