Hilton Head beat Dutch Fork last year in playoffs i think, which would make me to believe they would be strong in 3-A, but now that previous posts have said there is a new school that split hilton head up, what is the new school and do they have a soccer program as well?

The new school that split HH up was Bluffton and that opened like three years ago, so they have no impact on our team, and yes Bluffton has a soccer program and is going to be really competitive this year no matter how much I hate to say it.

Riverside's first scrimmage will be at Chapin (Feb 1) and their fourth and final scrimmage will be at Dreher (Feb 21). Should be a good test for these three teams.

Riverside will not make the trip to play Dreher. Dreher will play Ridgeview on Feb. 22 instead.

Chapin is the team to beat in lowerstate. In the upstate take your pick. Riverside or Greenville. Probably give the nod to Riverside because they have the Architect of having a Winning, Ranked top 10 in the Nation Soccer Team as their new leader.

Riverside won State last year with a core group of underclassmen. That core is still there whereas Greenville lost some key players. Riverside will be the team to beat for another couple of years, regardless of who the coach is.

I think everyone has overlooked the biggest sleeper team...Midland Valley. They are still undefeated! Go 'stangs!
