Another interesting week of the "Top 15". Any answers on exactly how the rankings were determined??

I guess South Aiken had to move up because of their quality wins, but I think anyone who saw either of those two games would agree that they are not the #3 team in the state. I think there luck will run out Monday against SV.

Also, nothing against Wando because I believe they very well could be the #2 team in the state, but why did they choose this week to vault them up to number #2. It almost seems like they were trying to compensate for mistakes made in week 4.

The next two weeks are gonna be really exciting with some key matchups coming up.
SV vs SA Monday
Lex vs Irmo Friday
SV vs DF Friday
Then the Palmetto Cup.

Yep, this week should show a little more about the top 10. SV has two games this week against a "Top 10" while Wando and NW have to wait for the Palmetto Classic for some excitement.

Wando still has to prove their "2" spot...They haven't beaten a top 10 team this year and they lost to a good 2A team.

My Top 10:
1.Northwestern
2.Lexington
3.South Aiken
4.Dutch Fork
5.Irmo
6.Spring Valley
7.Wando
8.Dorman
9.Beaufort
10.Mauldin

Mine just for kicks...

1. Northwestern
2. Lexington
3. Dutch Fork
4. Wando
5. Spring Valley
6. Irmo
7. South Aiken
8. Dorman
9. Fort Mill
10. Summerville

I know some of the results don't really reflect my rankings, but after having seen most of these teams play thats how I think they should look.

okay spartan your an idiot and midlandsoccer close behind you... wando has proven their spot at number 2 with a record of 12 and 3 i think and with a huge win over parkview a week ago. you all need to start giving wando the credit they deserve i understand they lost to greenville and lexington two good teams but you also have to keep in mind that they were missing two starters. wando definately has a chance to win it all this year.

OK sickwithit, I will have to give Wando Credit...

I predict Wando will go 12-3 after whipping up on 1-10 Berkeley tonight and I'll have to move them up to 4A-6th.

However, I see it short lived after suffering 4 straight losses next week in the Palmetto Classic.

Down the road, I see Wando falling in the 2nd Round and a Region V team representing the lowerstate at the GraveYard in May.

Butt, I do like the enthusiasm of Wando's fan's and they have great food in their concession stand...Suuuuuum Goooood Burgas

1. Northwestern

10. Mauldin

Wando is a good team but Spartan has a point. Until they beat a top ten team i dont notch them at two. This next week is really going to answer all the questions about Wando.

Stickwithit...i could list about half of the top 15 teams in 4A that are missing starters...i.e. Irmo, SA, SV, DF for much of the season, Fort Mill, the list can go on. My point is that things happen and GOOD teams can pull threw it and win games without being "100%" I sure do hope Wando has other good players besides the 2 hurt ones b/c they might lose 4 straight if they dont
