I don't think that's too surprising though. Didn't really see Hornsby as a long time replacement for Rowell. I've heard lots of names for the job but who knows right now

Hornsby was another hand picked coach, as was Rowell, by Berson of USC. Berson's son played for Dreher and from what I heard was given a scholarship spot. Is this for real?

Yes, he is part of the new recruiting class. Not sure how much money he is getting.
